Refund Policy
At Thewolfar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund for eligible items within 10 days of the purchase date.
Eligible items for refund must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for refund.
Example: Let’s say you purchased a pair of shoes from us, but upon receiving them, you realized that they don’t fit properly or don’t meet your expectations. In order to receive a refund for the shoes, they must be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached and showing no signs of wear or damage.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at thewolfarbusiness@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for your refund. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label, if applicable.
Example: Let’s say you received a damaged item from us, such as a broken vase. In this case, we would provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so that you can return the item to us without incurring any shipping costs.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Example: If you originally paid for your shoes with a credit card, we will issue the refund to the same credit card account.
Please note that some items, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for refund. Any exceptions to our refund policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
Example: If you ordered a custom-made piece of jewelry from us, it may not be eligible for a refund since it was made specifically for you.
