Shipping Return Policy
At Thewolfar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns for eligible items within 10 days of the purchase date.
Eligible items for return must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thewolfarbusiness@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label, if applicable.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that some items, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions to our return policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
